What If I want to cancel my reservation?
A charge of $75 will be placed on your credit card if a reservation is cancelled within 48 hrs.  Any other cancellations will result in a $25 fee due to the process for credit card transactions.  Sorry, no cancellations allowed for holiday reservations after purchase.  Holiday pre-paid rentals are non refundable.

What are the age requirements to rent and operate the equipment?
Must be 21 years old to operate and rent the equipment.  A valid drivers license is required.

Do you offer insurance on your equipment?
No.  Rental insurance does not exist in the watercraft rental industry.  Therefore all liability is the responsibility of the renter and safe usage is always the rule.

What is the amount of my security deposit?
The security deposit is $300 per watercraft.  The deposit is collected at the time of checkout.  The security deposit will be held until the equipment is returned without damage.  If everything is returned in its original condition you’ll immediately receive your full deposit upon check-in of the equipment.

Am I responsible for damage to any of the equipment or accessories?
Damages will be investigated to determine who is responsible.  Mechanical and physical damage to all rented equipment/ accessories or improper use is the full responsibility of the renter.

What is included with my Jet ski?
Each watercraft will include:

• Life jackets
• Fire extinguiser
• Dock line
• Paddle

How many people can ride on the watercraft?
Each watercraft is designed for 550 pounds of total weight or three people.

Can I take the rented jet ski to another lake or location?
No.  Our watercrafts are to stay in Lake Ray Hubbard and not be taken to another location.

Can you bring the water crafts to us?
Yes.  If you have a dock or land that we can ride the jet ski up to safely and dock.  We will not be pulling it behind a vehicle on land, but driving the watercraft personally on the lake to you.
